We have had an extremely positive interaction with Alex. He is always there for his customers, through their ups and downs and doesn't take an attitude of that is your problem, he always steps in to help in any which way he can. He goes over and beyond just the realtor role and becomes a very good friend and guide in the real estate process. He is always on his customers side, with their best interests at heart and is vigilantly on the lookout for how he can help them. Moving is a very stressful process, but having Alex on our side to bat, definitely gives us the confidence of a sure victory.
